Exchange and return policy

We want you to be happy with your Poco Mono order!

If for whatever reason your purchase does not work out, we will gladly provide an online store credit which can be used to exchange for a new item or a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached and the original invoice included in the package.  

We can only accommodate exchanges if we still have stock available in a different size/colour/style.

Note: we offer free returns for first-time CANADIAN customers!

*Please send us an email with your order number to: info@pocomono.ca if you wish to initiate an exchange or return and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • After 14 days we cannot accept returns for any reason other than material defects.
  • Please ensure returned garments are unworn, unwashed and in original condition, or additional charges may apply.
  • If you would like to make an exchange, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement upon receiving your store credit. 

We want to make sure you love your purchase, contact us anytime you have questions or need feedback before ordering!

 

Damaged Items

We stand behind all of our products.  If you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a 30-day return policy for all damaged items, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please send an email to info@pocomono.ca with a description of the damage (ideally attach a photo if possible) and your invoice number.
